The East Cleveland Public Library is partnered with Cuyahoga Reads.
All nine libraries in Cuyahoga County have partnered in the receipt of grant funds from the Ohio Department of Education to address learning loss due to learning changes experienced by K-12 students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
